Other numbers of note:
- Average sales price for September was $303,058, down 0.7 percent from a year ago.
- Median sales price for September was $260,000, the same as a year ago.
- The average market time in September was 43 days, the same as a month earlier.
- There were 523 sales of units that were on the market for 30 days or less, down 16.5 percent from a month earlier.
- At the upper end of the market, there were 135 sales of $500,000 or more, down 31.1 percent from a month earlier.
