Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® is pleased to welcome Amanda Creel as its new Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President, following a nationwide search. With more than a decade of experience, Amanda has held leadership positions in REALTOR® associations in Alabama, Arizona and Florida. Most recently, she served as CEO of the Birmingham Association of REALTORS® and Greater Alabama MLS, where she introduced new member services, improved operational processes and drove strategic initiatives. Prior to that, Amanda was CEO of the Prescott Area Association of REALTORS®, where she expanded educational programs and developed stronger relationships with stakeholders. At the Shoals Area Association of REALTORS®, she focused on increasing member engagement and building a more robust political action strategy.
Amanda’s leadership extends beyond local associations; she is a highly active participant in both national and state real estate organizations. She serves on the National Association of REALTORS® Association Executives Committee and was a key contributor to national workgroups focused on leadership development. Her involvement with state REALTOR® associations has also been significant, playing a vital role in advancing policy initiatives and creating member programs. Amanda will step into her role at MAAR on Sept. 24, 2024, and is enthusiastic about partnering with our volunteer leaders to advance the association.
