The guidelines for every type of residential mortgage loan are changing constantly. This class will teach new and experienced REALTORS^® the ins and outs of conventional loans, how to complete conventional loan transactions, and how to effectively negotiate for and provide proper counsel to clients when dealing with conventional loan contracts.
