2025-2026 MAAR Board of Directors Slate
The 2025-2026 Board of Directors election is almost here! Meet the candidates by reading their bios, watching their introduction videos on Facebook and at the Meet the Candidates Town Hall on Aug. 8. Online voting will begin Aug. 12 and will be open until 11:59 p.m. on Sept. 11. Results of the election will be announced at the Annual Meeting on Sept. 12 at 10 a.m. at the FedEx Event Center in Shelby Farms.

Proposed Bylaws Amendments
This shall serve as notice that there are proposed Bylaws amendments, which will be presented at the MAAR Annual Meeting on Thursday, September 12 at 10:00 a.m. at the FedEx Event Center at Shelby Farms (415 Great View Drive East, Cordova, TN). A quorum of 10% of REALTOR® members is required. The proposed Bylaws amendments prepared by the Governing Documents Committee and supported by the Board of Directors can be found here.
We will have a Proposed Bylaws Town Hall on Monday, Aug. 19 from 2-4 p.m. in the MAAR Education Center for you to ask questions and learn more about the potential changes.
All MAAR members should make it a priority to vote in our election and attend the Annual Meeting. While candidate voting will close before the Annual Meeting, bylaw voting will happen on-site at the event. We must have as many REALTOR® members present as possible to ensure we can vote.
