The CIPS Institute is a five-day educational retreat sponsored by the Costa Rica Global Association of REALTORS^® and set in a tropical locale, the Margaritaville Beach Resort in Playa Flamingo, Costa Rica! Upon arrival on July 31, enjoy a pre-CIPS exploratory expedition. Attendees will be treated to an escorted familiarization tour of the Guanacaste Gold Coast and the surrounding areas.

The Institute beings on August 1 and, over the course of five (5) days, attendees will complete the education required—two (2) core courses and three (3) elective courses—to attain the CIPS Designation.

The Costa Rica Global Association of REALTORS^® has compiled a brochure with information about the 2023 CIPS Institute, the courses being offered, the instructors, planned events and travel and accommodations.
