The Fair Housing Act provides much-needed guidance for REALTORS^® on ways to avoid discriminating against clients; however, subtle nuances can lead to unintended discrimination. This class was designed to provide quick tips and thought-provoking ideas to make you a more inclusive REALTOR^®.

It will advise appropriate ways to help clients navigate neighborhoods, schools and crime while making sure to avoid the pitfalls of unintended red-lining or discrimination. It will also provide examples of inclusive language and insight into appropriate questions to ask during the interview process.

This class has been taught to REALTORS^® around the country, providing real-life examples and take-away ideas for agents to implement into their businesses.
